Our house is a luxurious family owned beachfront vacation home located on the East End of Panama City Beach. It is located around popular attractions, good eats, and nightlife.

We are on a few BNB sites and try our best to match daily prices on all of them. If you find us cheaper on any other site, please tell us which one and we will confirm and be sure to honor that price.

30% of the payment is required 160 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 120 days before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1292 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
NO SMOKING - NO EXCEPTIONS: inside house or anywhere on property including any deck, patio, porch, or lawn area. Violation of no smoking/vaping policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits. Plus $1500 cleaning fee. Booking person must be physically at the house for the entire stay.

We had the very best stay!
We had the very best stay! The view from each room yields the most majestic scenery. I was completely impressed with the extremely comfortable beds and how overall it was a very well equipped home for our big family holiday. The host has covered all details and it’s clear this has been well thought out.The host communicated well with us to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations.

I had booked this beautiful home for my wife and her best friends on the occasion of my wife’s 40th birthday and this was supposed to be my “surprise” gift for her! They all had a great time and a really memorable reunion after a long gap. The home was clean, excellent location, very professional and responsive host Melissa! Overall a great experience and a great choice for large group gatherings. I would highly recommend.

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had to date. Melissa's place was so spacious, comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. There is nothing I would change about the house, amenities or location. We will absolutely book here again in the future.

This house was amazing!
This house was amazing! We had lots of room to spread out for our large family. The house was clean and very well equipped with anything you would need for your stay. I cooked a big meal for our group and had more pots, pans, dishes than I have at home😊 The beach view was stunning! Thank you for a great stay!
A beautiful home
A beautiful home for our large group of 19! The kids and adults all enjoyed themselves so much and the house was perfect for us. The pool and spa were always a hit and walking right out onto the beach was the perfect location for us. Melissa responded immediately when we had any questions and was so gracious. We hope to stay here again soon!
Unbelievable stay!
So straight forward, so easy, high quality furniture and extremely comfortable beds. Everyone loved it! Heated pool in January was worth it! Amazing family pictures. Super satisfied. Tons of space. Tons of parking. Safe, never felt like we were in a bad area or safety was a concern. Never saw or heard a neighbor. Had so much fun! Host was always available and offered a phone number if I needed to talk to anyone during our stay. We asked for a last minute-ish earlier check in and whoever I called accommodated immediately since there wasn’t someone staying there the night before. Easy easy ppl to deal with. Super satisfied!
Beautiful home for a large group or family.
Huge open space to hang out and right on the beach plus the pool was amazing. Even though there were houses around us, it felt like you had your own private beach. I can't say enough about this house. It was perfect in every way. We had 7 adults and 4 "littles" under 8 and everyone had their own space and more importantly their own bathroom! The layout of the home was perfect, the distance to the sand was even better. Within 5 minutes to get to town for restaurants or shopping. Our family truly enjoyed this home more than any we've stayed in. The appliances worked great, the 2 sets of washers/dryers was great as well as 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We didn't want for anything. Have absolutely no complaints and the owner took care of all our needs. We hope to come back again next year!
excellent stay
A Sight To Sea was a great place for our large family. Everyone was able to have private bedrooms and bathrooms., as well as extra bathrooms. The second dishwasher and second/third refrigerator/freezer made having enough food and drinks, as well as keeping it clean a breeze. Enjoyed the private pool as well as the private beach. A wonderful beach vacation!
